bought a new iphone in march, and was told that apple care is available international. however when i returned to my country I couldnt finish setting up apple care. i tried changing my region but could not because I dont have an american number and know i cant cancel apple care
You said you're trying to finish setting AppleCare+ up, which would indicate to me you didn't actually pay for an AppleCare+ plan. Once you pay for it, it shows up on your watch, even if it may not be valid in your country.
If however, you did pay for an AppleCare+ Plan, here is a link which explains how to cancel it --> Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
AppleCare is NOT International. AppleCare+ plans apply to the country of purchase and if you are not living in the country of purchase, you cannot add an AppleCare+ plan, nor would it be valid in your country if you had purchased it in the country of purchase at the time of purchase.
This is why we ALWAYS recommend purchasing your devices in the country you live and will use them.
I don't have any other suggestions for you. What country do you live in? Have you contacted Apple in your home country?
You didn't say who you purchased the watch from, but have you considered reaching out to the seller directly for help as well?
exactly, i was lied by the seller.... thats why im asking for help to cancel the apple care
thats the problem i've been charged twice by my card but it does not appear in my subscriptions

Also, open the Watch App on your iPhone. Tap General, then about. Do you see AppleCare+ listed under your name?
