Apple Studio Display - dark corners?
I just noticed that the bottom corners of my Studio Display appear a little dark than the rest of the screen - like they have some kind of shadow.
Is this normal?

It's also only visible from a certain angle. Now I see that it appears around the entire border of the display, not just the corners - only when looking at it from certain angles
I have the same thing, very visible when looking normally at the screen. It is my second screen, as the first one had the same thing.
I cannot believe this is how it's meant to be - a bad batch perhaps?
I'll be chasing this up with Apple as it's unacceptable.
I have just been on the phone with Apple Support who tell me that Studio Displays are not faulty if they have dark corners.
He said his did.
He did not disagree when I suggested he was saying they are designed that way.
He also suggested it was only an optical illusion.
When I questioned that, the guy put the phone down on me.
Hi there!
If you look at a computer from different angles, scratches/dents/damage might become more visible. The corners of the display can also fade due to heavy usage/time damage. If your display is becoming hard to work with you should buy a new computer.
I hope this helps!
For me it's different. I'll contact the seller tomorrow about this. Just a month old Monitor!!
