Unable to sign-on into Facebook and Safari

This might actually be a good thing, but recently, I have been unable to sign into both Instagram and Facebook using Safari on my 2021 M1 iMac with Ventura 13.4. Autofill fills in my correct user name and password, but getting the message "Sorry, this page isn't available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram." I have tried Safe Mode, clearing history, and restarting with no luck. I have cookies turned on for both websites, but maybe some other security setting is causing this?

I am able to log into both accounts using latest version of Firefox and both accounts are working on my iPhone and iPad. I am not having any issues signing on to other online accounts using Safari. Anybody know what might be happening?
