How to determine how much iCloud storage space I am utilizing?

Apple keeps telling me I am running out of space in the cloud. I find this statement to be not-useful. I have zero idea what is saved to the cloud, where the stupid cloud is, what I have in the cloud, etc. Please hire people who can speak to humans. I have an iMac. Where do I found out what I have in the "cloud"?

Download All of iCloud:

Go here, and see what is shown: icloud.com/iclouddrive. You have 5GB of space for free, given your location. So, download all of iCloud. Once dowloaded, verify that your an access what is in there. Once verified, trash what is in there, and you're set from there with a clean iCloud storage. Use my user tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip
