IPad pro 3rd gen 12.9 A1895 stuck in bootloop - won't enter recovery mode.

As soon as it's turned on it will stay on the apple logo until it runs out of battery. Attempts to put it into recovery mode just make it restart the bootloop. No itunes logo or prompt to plug into computer appears.

My iPad 6th gen was stuck in update mode, after a software restore it is now stuck continually showing the apple logo on a black screen iPad was left being used by kids on return it was in update mode. Was restored from MacOS, this failed a few times due to disk full problem. Software was restored, this left iPad stuck on boot continually cycling through showing the Apple logo on a black screen. iPad was left doing this overnight in the morning, it was apparently working, asking for a pass code, it then went through set up and was apparently working but was very slow. On restart it is stuck boot continually cycling through showing the Apple logo on a black screen. Ideas?
