Why are there two Apple Book files shown in my iCloud storage and can I delete one of them?

Hi all, I have the same issue as per this earlier thread which didn't have any reply yet. I want to resurrect this and ask the community if anyone has any similar issue? All my devices are up to date incl my MacBook Pro 16 inch 2023 M2, iPad Air 1st gen, iPhone 13 Pro and they are running the latest OS versions as of today.

I am using the complementary 5GB include storage only so I would like to get rid of unnecessary files.
