my apple id has been disabled for security reasons

guys help me i bought iphone 12por max from sprint i activate my device with wifi sign in to my icloud and downloaded apps i put my ghana sim card inside the phone and the device went back for reactivation i connected my wifi back trying to activate my device i entered my icloud id and password apple told me my appleid has been disabled for security reasons i should reset my password i tried to do it but they send the verification code on to the icloud mail im using i cant get that mail since this my first time using iphone with that mail. the phone is lock to icloud i cant get access
