I purchased more storage and iCloud for iCloud and I am sharing with my husband and yet he is unable to back up his phone using my extra storage that I purchased specifically so he could back up his phone and it’s not happening what to do?

New iCloud Login Sessions:
Log out of you iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in, one device at a time. Perhaps it all needs to resync?
