Unknown Error Occurred (-16156)

The sound is not working on my iPhone 11 and I keep receiving the message Unknown Error Occurred (-16156) what can I do to correct this?

Hi, using iPhone 11 here.

Was anything found to fix this? Just had this happen to me and no media will work, phone shuts off whenever i try and restarts...
