How to get help when your iPhone is hacked?

My phone has been hacked blocking me from outside communications, responding to out side

I should only have 1 phone?

Sounds like your Apple ID was compromised, not your device. Apple Support, and us, can only tell you to follow the steps at If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked. If you have a problem with calls, see here If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

Can you give us more details on how you believe an old number has been loaded to your phone? Give specific examples like seeing "No Service" or the old number at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, or any other symptoms that can help us help you better.
