Ventura 13.4 can't mount external hard drives

Before I updated to Ventura, I could mount to external disks, now I can't. I tried the diskutil commands - nothing. I tried Disk Utility - nothing. I can see the drives in Disk Utility. It says they are mounted, but I can't see them in Finder or any application. Please help!!!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.4

If they were formatted NTFS and you had installed software to allow you to write to them, that software will often break resulting in not allowing the drive to mount. You have to update the software from the drive manufacturer.
