i hit the cancel subscription button in the “my subscriptions” section and it loads for a second before doing nothing. i’ve tried restarting my phone, going on wifi, going on cellular etc and it isn’t working. the free trial ends in a week and they’re gonna charge me $200 if i don’t cancel it but it won’t allow me to cancel at all

I’m having the same issue I even tried different subscriptions that I don’t actually want to cancel and it won’t let me on that either. I’ve been trying to cancel for 6 hours I’m on an iphone 8plus and have the most current update 16.5
I’m also experiencing this, iPhone 14 Pro iOS 16.5

I am having this same issue, I click the red "Cancel Subscription" it greys out for a second and NOTHING happens, it doesn't cancel, major issue here Apple, fix it now!! iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.5
Exact same problem.
No subscriptions can be canceled, button greys out for 2-3 seconds, top right wheel turns - then nothing.
Looks like an API got broken.
