Second Alert on iPhone Calendar?

In my iPhone, what happened to it? My second alert disappeared with some update I’m guessing. Anyone know how to turn it back on? Thx.

If your Default Calendar is Outlook or Exchange you won't see the Second Alert. Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar > [Check]

On iCloud and Gmail Calendars the option of Second Alert exists.
