USB-C port is not working on my MacBook Air M1

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if one of USB-C port is something wrong.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to reset SMC:

1. Shut down your Mac.
2. Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds, then release it.
3. Wait a few seconds and press the power button again to turn on your Mac.

which could solve your issue.

it doesn't help at all, you'd better take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro USB-C ports.

Just restart the M1 or any silicon Mac to reset the SMC

Any feedback ? got same issue on M1 Pro

My device is < 6 months old and same issue on my M1 Air. Has yours been resolved?
