How to stop auto dictation??

My iPhone 14 pro max always automatically records text in any texting apps I use.

this only happens in texting apps like WeChat or line or messenger. IT IS NOT THE ACCESSIBILITY OR THE VOICE COMMAND FUNCTION.

don’t tell me to turn it off. IT IS OFF. But it still tries to record everything ONLY IN MESSAGING APPS.

mom typing here right now and the dictation cue doesn’t pop up. But it ALWAYS automatically pops up in any messaging app.
