keyboard & trackpad of MacBook Air M2 not working after turning on
I ordered this device from the Amazon renewed program and received it in the mail today. But every time I shut the laptop, upon reopening it, the keyboard and trackpad are unresponsive, the backlight is off, and the only part that works is the Touch ID. The only way to get it to work again is to power it all the way off and turning it back on. This is extremely frustrating as I am starting college this fall and need this to be working perfectly.
