I keep getting alerts (see attached image) saying my Mac is infected. I ran a Malwarebytes scan, which did not find anything. My computer is running normally and I have not noticed any problems.
Is there a native Mac antivirus scan I should be using?

Settings - Websites - Notifications. Remove all sites listed here.
