Check for firmware updates for your Wi-Fi router, and apply the most current.

Restart the Wi-Fi router (if a firmware update wasn’t available), and try again.

About "No IP Address":

Just because you are connected to a network, does not mean you have an Internet connection. You may be connected to an internal LAN, and not to the Internet.
