Suddenly no Boom Radio using Homepod

Hi I have had no problem listening to Boom Radio on Homepod 1, but recently, after saying hey Siri, play Boom Radio, Siri says something like here’s a station based on Boom, but I don’t want that, I want Boom itself

So what’s the issue?

Hi

I had the same issue. Also, sometimes it would play Smooth Radio.

Try saying: ‘Hey Siri, ask Apple Music to play Boom Radio.’

Siri responds that it’s playing Boom on TuneIn. You get an annoying advert from TuneIn but then Boom starts.

This works for me and you shouldn’t need to be subscribed to Apple Music.
