Setting an alarm or timer crashes Clock app

This was a problem with my iPhone 8. I just upgraded to an iPhone 11, and the Clock app still crashes!!! Maybe it’s my SIM card?

If I try to set an alarm, I can save, and the alarm doesn’t create.

if I try to set a timer, the Clock app immediately crashes.

The stopwatch timer functions fine.

I have setting my timezone manually as well as toggling the 24 hour time. Neither has worked.

Please help
