Icloud mail option not appearing in settings

Good day

Icloud Mail option not showing in settings on IPhone or Mac, not able to use custom email domain features because of this, any help would be appreciated.

We can help you get iCloud Mail working as expected. To start, we're wondering if you currently use your phone number as your Apple ID instead of an email address? Depending on the country you're located in, this can sometimes be an option. We can't say for sure that using your phone number as an Apple ID would cause this issue but we want to look into as potentially related. If you are not using a phone number as your Apple ID, then we would recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly.
