How to let Custom Email Domain has its own profile photo too?

Hi, Apple Support:

I know each Apple ID account is able to set its own profile photo. But besides the Apple ID account, I also have two Custom Email Domain, and one email alias in the Apple ID account mentioned above.

I would like to add a profile photo to each other, but don't know how to do that. I guess email alias can't be added profile photo, but what about Custom Email Domain?

Best Regards,

Ian

Hello ianhuang_tw,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to add a profile picture to custom email domain accounts you use with iCloud. After looking into this, the only thing you can change is the full name or label:

"You can change the full name for an alias or a custom domain address. You can change the label for an alias.
1. In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Settings button at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Preferences.
2. Click Accounts, then select an address in the list.
3. Edit the full name or label, then click Done."

And that is from this Apple resource: Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

To let Apple know you would like this option, please do that here: Product Feedback - Apple

Cheers!
