I am not a heavy user. But my phone’s battery health is reducing to much faster than I expect. It drops 3% from 100% within 2 months… even it reduces 2% within two weeks .. it’s now 97% . Help me for that issue. I already used several iPhones but doesn’t face this kinda problem anymore

Don't rely too much on the Battery Health in a short time frame. You can expect to get 5 - 7 years from the battery. The value is not linear, meaning if it drops 3% in two weeks does not mean it will drop 15% in 10 weeks, and the value will fluctuate. Sometimes it will even go up, or not reduce any for a long period of time.
All you can do is make sure you have the Oprimized Battery Charging option set, which will learn your charging habits to prevent the phone from being at 100% all the time. The batteries perform best when not at 0% and not at 100% for an extended amount of time.

Your battery is doing just fine. Apple recommends you have it replaced when it’s Maximum Capacity reaches 80% or lower. When the time comes, you can use the following link to get your battery replaced: iPhone Battery Repair & Replacement - Apple Support.

Not much you can really do about it. Apple has a design target for battery longevity, but there's no guarantee per se. If it dips below 80% with less than the 500 cycles they advertise, they will replace it under warranty or AppleCare. If it dips below 80% out of any warranty period, Apple considers it eligible for a replacement for a standard fee. It is what it is. There's an average and sometime a user finds performance above average and sometimes below average.
