Weather automation in Home App no longer working with 16.5 OS

My weather automations were working prior to upgrading to 16.5 OS. The weather portions of the automations no longer work upon upgrading. The strange thing is that when you test the automation using the play button or "Test This Automation", it runs fine, including the weather portion, but when it is set to run at a specific time of day, the automation runs, but the weather portion of the automation does not function. Are others seeing this?
