mouse falls off after 10 seconds connected

  • magic mouse 2 connect with macbook air 2018 but falls off after 10 seconds ??
  • reconnect immediatly when i click in the bluetooth screen, but falls off again and again

Hi,

Try to delete your Magic Mouse2 from Bluetooth devices list then rescan Bluetooth to detect your Magic Mouse2 again for pairing Magic Mouse2 again with your MacBook Air which could solve the issue.

Reset the Bluetooth Module:

What's your macOS version? See if Bluetooth is getting in the way here.  Bluetooth may be in a constant loop of not being able to connect.  Go Here: Use "Reset the Bluetooth module" to Fix Constant Bluetooth Disconnections - User Tips
