Dozens of my app folders have disappeared!!?

Over 4 dozen folders I created to organize my apps are suddenly gone. The home page with a combination of individual apps and folders is intact but the following 4-5 pages of folders containing multiple apps each just aren’t there.

The individual apps themselves are in my app library, just the folders are gone. Is there a fix, as it will take hours to recreate the folders?

I have an 13 Pro Max running iOS 16.5, and I’ve restarted/rebooted it several times to no avail.
