can’t get out of my Apple ID

Go to settings>your name. Is your name greyed out? this is most likely due to screen time restrictions. Go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and turn restrictions off. You can also try and turn screen time off completely. After that, go to settings>your name again to see if it is still greyed out
