I have Apple TV on my iPad. How do I get it on my smart tv with dish?

There are many ways to get Apple TV+ on a TV, none of which directly involve your satellite TV provider in any way unless their set top box offers apps and supports the Apple TV app. Only Sky supports the Apple TV app at this time however.
However, if your smart TV supports Apps on its own you can download the Apple TV App onto it, and sign in with your Apple ID.
You can also use a streaming device such as. Roku, Chromecast, Fire stick, or compatible game consoles such as an Xbox or Playstation to which you can download the Apple TV app.
If none of that is available, you can always just connect the iPad directly to the TV using an HDMI cable or even wirelessly over Airplay.
How you do it, will depend in what is available to you.

If I may, I believe that applies to the UK, not to the US where Dish operates. In the US, the Apple TV+ app should be available on select TV provider boxes from Comcast Xfinity, Cox, Verizon, as well as smart TVs and streaming devices.
Dish and the Apple TV app/Apple TV+ app have no connection, as the latter needs internet access, not satellite TV channel access.

Dish boxes do not to appear to be supported in the US either.

Which is exactly what I said above:

Awesome 👍. It was meant to add to it from a tangent. Sorry if it came across intrusive.
