How can I find My Photo Stream

My Photo Stream does not "show up" as an Option. I think I read something about some "connection" to iCloud but I have to admit I didn't understand it very well and somehow I managed to close it out and then could not find it. Sigh.

Any thoughts/suggestions about that? Unfortunately, some of us just aren't as talented with our computers as others. Since I have 30 days....... I had other projects that I needed to complete today.

To be honest, I don't know if I have used it or not. I did read somewhere that it might be hidden based upon a particular setting - I somehow closed out that page. In the process of moving so it can wait a week or so before I will be ready to confirm that it is not a problem.
