HomePod 1 - setup failed (301014)

My iphone and my iPad have the same issued with failed in setup step to HomePod 1 (error 301014)

I tried to reset and re-setting up the HomePod in many different ways but it is not work.

Please help me to setting this device.

Are you signed into the iTunes Store with the same Apple ID that you're using to setup your HomePod? Follow the steps below for help with signing in and out of the iTunes Store on your phone.


  1. "Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Sign in to your [device].

On iPhone, sign in to your Apple ID in the Settings app

3. Enter your Apple ID and password.

4. If prompted, enter the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number and complete sign in."


Sign in with your Apple ID
