Link app redirection problem

Ever since I did a software update on my iPhone the links stopped automatically redirecting me to the app I’ve already downloaded. It just opens the website on Safari.

And when I click on open the app it just redirects me to the Apple Store.

I’ve tried restarting my phone and removing the block pop-ups from the settings.

The only thing that worked is when I deleted the app and downloaded it again but I can’t possibly do that for every single app I have.

So is there any other solution?
