how much is additional icloud storage?

Regardless of where you are on the planet, if iCloud storage services are available to you, the cost of the available plans can be easily accessed directly from iPad settings - prior to committing to the subscription change:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Manage Your Plan - or

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Change Storage Plan

In both cases, the cost will be shown in the currency appropriate to your chosen regional settings.
