Please don't obsess over numbers and, BTW, that is "Health, not "Life." Health is not an exact number but is rather an assigned value for design capacity based on the average for batteries of the model.
My old Macbook Pro's battery was rated at 5770mAh, the average for that model, but its actual value when new, shown with Coconut Battery, was almost 5850 mAh. The battery is now ten years old and still giving me runtimes that work for me (4-ish hours of browsing). Note how much variation occurs in the Health readings—outlined in yellow—over a year—almost 10 points!:
