Bluetooth not working on new iPhone

New iPhone 14 pro will not connect to any previous devices. Tried all the usual fixes including resetting retention settings. Is this a known issue?

Turns out the issue is with devices that have their own apps. Since the new iPhone has the same name as the old one, yet is a new phone, it won't discover anything in its memory.

The solution is to uninstall the app (say for headphones) or delete the phone from the memory (for my car) and then re-install / re-connect.

Thanks!

NO it is not a known issue. You have stated that you have tried the “usual fixes” and I, therefore, recommend that you take advantage of the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty that should still be in effect on your iPhone 14 Pro. Please contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
