Navigation tab overlay bug

I have a bug where in every app the navigation tab buttons show a blue overlay instead of the blue fill in.

This happened when playing around with settings in acessibility-display like button shapes, smart invert etc.

Even tho i turned every setting back to its original position and restart and updated the phone it does not go away.
