Purchased movie doesn’t show up
I purchased a copy of John Wick 4 and it shows up in my AppleTV+ app on my phone, but doesn’t show up on the smart TV AppleTV+ app.
the TV is an LG smart TV.

Verify that you are signed in with the matching Apple ID account.
Verify that the smart TV has the full Apple TV app, that has a Store tab and a Library tab. Some models TV may get the specialized Apple TV+ app instead, that supports the Apple TV+ service, but not Store and Library.
