Trying to provide a direct answer to your question........follow these instructions:

If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security ...AppleOfficial Apple Support › en-us

If you have a recent backup of the phone, you can use that that to restore the phone, so it will look like it did before you lost the passcode. Might be a good idea to write down the new passcode.....even if you are sure that you will never forget it.
