Is it not okay to close background apps?
Someone posted on tiktok that not to close background apps? Is it legit? Just like in the photo for example.

it's ok, but when they are in the background they are suspended so they do not use system memory, cpu or battery
so fully closing them actually use more battery than just leaving them alone, but it does not harm the device or anything
