When I turn on the silent mode, volume up key and side button are not working, I can’t rise volume by this button, lock the screen, and take a screenshot.
If I turn off the silent mode, side button and volume up key are working properly.
I have updated iOS as recommended. iPhone 14, iOS 16.5.

No, there is something else. DND and the Volume Up down button are not related.
Remove any protective films or cases that might block the button or switch. Check for debris or dirt around the button or switch and clean with a soft cloth.
