Apple Card was removed out of my wallet but I have the titanium card I have problems adding it back to my wallet also it has no numbers on the card. How do I get my information back to my wallet and account

The limit to cards is 16 on your iPhone. Older phones are limited to 8 cards in the Wallet.
Try logging out of your Apple ID/iCloud account,
Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
Then, please do a forced restart of your iPhone.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Then log back into your Apple ID/iCloud account.
Please follow this path: iphone > Wallet app > Plus icon (upper right) > Add to Wallet screen. It may take a minute or more while data is gathered but you should see a section labeled Available Cards/Previous cards (see photo below)
Tap previous cards and Apple Card should be in there.
I’ve tried and tried.it’s shows me past cards I took off today cause I thought they was a limited to number of cards in wallet I got the card and packaging and it still won’t go. Everything was good till the back up and it didn’t save the card but everything else
Did that it tells me I have no previous cards, but I have had the Apple Card for years
