Describe a few instances of what the hacker may be doing. I understand this is very important to you and we want to help if we can. But we need more information.

A non-jailbroken iPhone cannot be hacked. Describe the problems you are having and we will do the best to provide a solution. You may be using the term hacked loosely, but no one can take control over your iPhone from a remote location.
