Thank you, so if I have one physical sim and multiple eSIM's, I can turn ON and use two eSIM's and turn OFF the physical SIM (not remove). In iPhone 11 I had to use only one eSIM at a time.

Yes, on iPhone 13 and above.

You cannot use a Physical SIM and two eSIMs.

If you use two eSIMs you will have to remove the physical SIM
