Battery drains Apple Watch Ultra

Installed all the newest updates for iPhone and Apple Watch Ultra (Watch OS 9.5, iPhone OS 16.6). Suddenly my watch battery only last app 4-5 hrs max. I've now put it in low power mode and turn off notifications etc.
