how to delete an app from apple watch
I have an app on my iPhone but I don't want it on my Apple Watch.

On the Watch app ➡️ Look under, Installed on Apple Watch ➡️ Tap on the App you want to Delete ➡️ Show app on Apple Watch: Set this switch to OFF. This will remove the app from your Appel Watch.
The above action will still maintain the app on your iPhone.
If you want to remove the app on your iPhone and your Apple Watch, then you can delete the app on your iPhone and it will be deleted from your Apple Watch as well.
