Macbook mid 2010 keeps crashing after high sierra update. PLEASE HELP!

I have had my MacBook Pro (mid 2010 15- inch) forever. Going on 8 years now. I love it and I’ve only used about 80G of the 499G it has.

I usually try and go as long as I can before doing updates whether it be on my phone or other devices. But I finally caved and updated to high sierra 10.13.6. But ever since then it crashes periodically at seemingly random times. But I can never use it for more than 15 minutes anymore. I tried to research and I believe I’ve done everything I could without completely erasing everything off my Mac but nothing seems to be working.

attached is the most recent crash log.

help please! I really don’t want to or have the money to buy a new computer.

Start up from macOS Recovery

To start up from macOS Recovery, turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold one of the following combinations on your keyboard. Command-R is generally recommended, especially if you never installed macOS Sierra 10.12.4 or later… How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support

Command (⌘)-R

Install the latest macOS that was installed on your Mac.

Option-⌘-R

Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.

Shift-Option-⌘-R

Install the macOS that came with your Mac, or the closest version still available.

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

EtreCheck is a FREE simple little diagnostic tool to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac. It will not display any personal info.

https://www.etrecheck.com/

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report if you capture the URL while there…

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...

Have you blown the dust out of the intakes lately?

What temperatures does this App report? Especially the GPU.

This App can be used to speed up the fans, all my iMacs would be dead without it.

Never ever ever drop fan speeds below the speed that the Mac itself is calling for.
