Seagate HDD is not readable by this computer

That really becomes annoying since I see so many people reporting this problem here. I have Macbook Air M1 with the latest Ventura 13.3.1 and whatever solution I tried (incl. Tuxera) neither of them helped me to move from current deadlock. I really need my files on this drive and I am wondering why Apple is constantly trying to complicate basic things for users. I swear, this exactly drive was running perfectly fine on previous versions of OSs at the same computer and I did not have problems with accessing files. I don't have Windows computer at hand but I promise to shift to Windows OS if I eventually find that this drive can run on Windows and this problem was caused by Mac OS update. Any last suggestions to fix it are welcome.

are you using any of seagate's preloaded software on the drive (or installed such software yourself) that supposedly makes the drive "Mac ready"? if yes, that could be the cause of your issue. when you use software from just about any manufacturer for their storage device you run the risk of that same software not being compatible with macOS updates / upgrades. it can cause the software to stop working. at best this will cause you a headache. at worst it can render your data inaccessible. it is always best to use disk utility to erase and format a drive before use to remove any preloaded software.

That may be the case. I don't remember anything like that existed on this hard drive. I remember that when I was plugging in the drive before, Mac was just opening the content as a folder. No fancy interface was observed. Also the same story is happening with Samsung microSD cards from the DashCam as well. For sure, there is no any preinstalled software and it was repeatedly formatted before to ExFAT. But any time I am trying to access those microSDs on Mac, it does not recognize them...

ok. so if you don't need to use the drive on windows, you should format it as either macOS Extended (journaled) or as APFS. but please don't just jump right into that as formatting erases everything off the drive. but you will need to wait for further assistance from someone else as I'm totally clueless when it comes to windows formatted stuff. I'm unsure if that is the cause of your issue or not.
