I bought some albums in iTunes store recently. When I wanted sync them on my iPod Shuffle 4th gen, I found out these tracks are "incompatible" with my iPod. I checked, and yeah, those albums I bought from store, downloaded as HLS stream to "/Music/Media/Apple Music" folder on my mac instead of "/Music/Media/Music" in m4p format. What should I do?

I presume that you have an Apple Music subscription. Most music that you purchase is also available to download as lossless. Those versions are copyright protected. You need to change your download settings from lossless to high quality AAC.
