iPad Pro Weather Widget keeps displaying a deleted city

I’ve deleted Post Falls from the weather app on all my devices several times and it still shows Post Falls in the widget on the iPad. No matter how many times I edit the list and remove these cities, it still displays Post Falls in the widget and when I open the app all those cities are back in there.

Resetting the iPad doesn’t help.

What can I do to make my current location appear in the widget? I’ve turned location services on and given access to location to the app.
