My MacBook pro13,1 will only update os to High sieraa 10 13 6, What can I do/
My MacBook Pro is a 13,1 and won't update to a higher O/S version of HighSierra which is10.13.6. What canI do?

that model CAN be upgraded to as recent as MacOS 12 Monterey, but the drive organization will be changed in the process. The first thing you need is a recent backup.
If you move to macOS 10.15 Catalina or later, NO 32-bit Apps are allowed, and many extensions will not load automatically. You may need more modern versions of popular packages.
