Hi,
I had an apple id created in 2013. However, I did not use it after the end of 2017. Recently, in February this year, I changed the phone number of that ID and everything was up to date. Last week I was trying to log in to that ID, but it shows "This Apple ID is not active."
I had so many important documents and photos in that ID. How do I get my Apple ID back?
